Q.

my breast milk is not enough for my baby I have taken lactare tablets and good nutrients food but quantity of the milk doesn't get increase pls give me a suggestion

A. Shatavari has been found to be effective in increasing breast milk production in nursing mothers by increasing prolactin, the hormone responsible for milk production. It also increases the production of corticoids and prolactin, which improves the quality and amount of breast milk.
