Q.
can lactare tablets be taken after periods have resume, what is the dosage for very low milk supply. As my baby is 3 mnths old is it very late to take Lactare tablets?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. no not late you can take lactare tablets.. also to increase milk you can take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic jeera drumstick ragi dalia sabudana.. more you nurse the baby milk will increase..
