I have a baby girl who is 1 month old, today I feel my milk supply is low (pumping)..can I take lactare tablets whenever I feel milk supply is low... I am having minimum 3-4 lts of water per day.

A. can I take 2 per day morning and night upto 1 year?

A. You cannot take it only when you feel milk supplies you have to take it with a pattern will you have to take it every day you know that is the correct way to take it and of course you can take it this is no problem it’s very healthy to be taken
