Many times new mothers goes through stress or emotional breakdown because of lack of sleep , added responsibility and hormonal changes because of which the mother faces low milk supply and also goes to depression.. first thing talk to some1 and share your feeling if u really facing this as all these are affecting milk supply
Also added milk or milk with daliya and jaggery, oats, sabudana, green leafy vegetables, green vegetable, fruits, ragi, jeera, saunf, sesame seeds, ajwain, garden crest seeds in the routine diet
Also feed the baby frequently as it increases milk producing hormone
3-4 litre of water should be taken

take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick jeera oats sabudana dalia ragi..
more you nurse milk will increase..
