hi doctor, I have 3 weeks baby .my breast milk not enough my baby.how to increase the milk what I can do?

A. Taking shatavari powder will help in increasing your breast milk as well as I used to take papaya masoor dal a jeera water which was very beneficial in increasing my breast milk production. you can give Aptamil Gold formula milk stage 1 to your baby also with the brestmilk it has HMOs and probiotics both these components that helps in babies overall growth and development.

A. Hello ma’am. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
