Q.

I am a mother of 53 days old baby boy. I have not enough breast milk. Because when I pump my breast, very small amount of milk come out. There is no enough milk flow. How to increase breast milk?

A. If the baby is active and healthy otherwise and not cranky pees about 6-8times a day means he's getting enough milk Skin to skin contact while feeding stimulates helps in breast milk production. The more the baby latches the more milk production. Have a healthy diet include dry fruits ghee green leafy vegetables cumin seeds papaya etc in your daily diet. Drink lots of water as being hydrated is the key to good breast milk supply. Avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply.
