I am a mom of two children and my younger son is is 9 months old and from the last 5months I don’t have enough breast milk so what can I use to increase breast milk and can we use lactogen tablets and is there any side effect to baby due to this tablets

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet while breastfeeding. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
