Q.

I am 2 months post natal mother having spotting... lochia stopped at 6 weeks.. is this periods??

A. Yes it could be your periods so for now just observe the bleeding pattern. If you had unprotected intercourse then also rule out an accidental pregnancyWrite Your Answer Here
