After how many days after delivery does periods start? I have given birth on April 29 (vaginal delivery) . Lochia continued for 2-3 weeks and now again after two months i m seeing spotting ( i am also exclusively breastfeeding)

A. Hi parent irregularities in periods very common and normal during feeding period please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well please take supplements regularly
