Q.
I am 12 days post lscs ... my bleeding was stopped on 8-9 days. today ii started with massage n bleeding started again. actually I was in prone position for the first time post delivery for massage. Is it normal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, its normal.. but if bleeding occurs excessively, do consult with your gynac. do wear abdominal belt daily. remove it while eating n during sleeping hours .
