you can also join yoga or dance class.
avoid sitting for prolonged hours.
reduce your sugar and fat intake

U See if you have a quit breastfeeding your child then go ahead with proper exercising and dieting and if you quit breastfeeding completely and if you can manage then go ahead with intermittent fasting for a minimum of 12 hours that’s going to be very helpful
