You should take proper rest do not stress yourself do not do any household chores do not sit on the floor do not bend down eat healthy home-cooked food avoid eating anything heavy and things which have of seeds into it like lady finger guava brinjal all the sing you should avoid as of now have a good amount of vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein and fibre Best diet
