I am mother of 3 months old baby .I had c-section..I am exclusively breastfeeding to my baby but today have my first period after delivery...is it normal ...what should I take care

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Yes it is normal you don’t have to take care of anything else you just have to continue with the regular period the weight is coming it has got no connection with your health or breastfeeding it is not going to affect anything
