A. Dear Mom To lose weight you can follow a healthy diet & start exercising , continue this for atleast 6 to 8 months You can avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods & packaged foods Include pulses, milk, egg whites, paneer, fruits. vegetables in your diet Stay hydrated.
