Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you had to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga at least after two months after normal delivery take a lot of green leafy vegetables less fats and carbohydrates more protein diet

Its Basically this we just have to go for a proper workout on an everyday basis but you should only start after you complete six months because you have to dress with a child and a diet also you should follow after that only but as of now before six months if you want to after three months you can start with basic yoga and walking and all at your pace and convenience
