Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.

As Of now you will not be able to do anything you should not do all this is because it is going to completely reduce down your breastfeeding so as of now focus on eating well and feeding well and you can start working out after 6 to 8 months of your delivery because by then your child will not be exclusively dependent on your breastfeeding
