A. you need planned diet. start slow n see. do hone workout or gym. but be consistent. exercise in moderate n start walk in daily basis. cut on empty calories n junk n see. this will build muscle n healthy.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fibre and protein diet and avoid oily junk and packed food. Do regular exercises and yoga planks and also have Shaadmani Rhododendron green tea as it is very effective in loosing weight. Take care
