To reduce weight from belly mindful eating and regular exercise is required
Yoga or walking or cycling or any form of workout should be done daily for 45 mins
Reduce the intake of bakery products, fried food, white sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, namkeen in the diet
Have green tea twice a day
Sleep for 6 to 7 hrs daily
Have salad before your meals
Increase protein intake
Have 2l of water everyday

Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
