See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
