A. Hello mom for that you have to do regular physical exercise for about 45 mins daily , and have diet in which you avoid refined , sugary and processed foods as much as possible and also avoid heavy meals after late evenings

A. To lose weight, the best way is to follow a healthy routine. I advise u to drink Mamaearth apple Cider vinegar in empty stomach every morning. Exercise daily or walk at least 45min.avoid intake of high carb. you will see positive results.
