how to lose post preganacy weight...my baby is 6 months 12 days...my health also suffers due to increased weight...my current weight is 70 kg...height 5.3...In 2017 my weight was around 55kg....

A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables, salads, skim milk, low fat paneer 2. drink lot of water 3. avoid sugary, sweet fried foods 4. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
