how to control weight gaining after c section???

A. dear Mum, to control your weight after c section, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after a resting period of at least 6 weeks after c section. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
