Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat. avoid having oily snacks and sugary drinks unnecessarily. breast feeding helps to reduce weight alot. start your day with warm zeera water. drink plenty of water in a day. if your weight is increasing unnecessarily then consult with your doctor once.
