ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning if you have not gained weight or you are getting underweight then keep in mind that you are having 4 to 5 meals in a day small frequent meals are very important do not keep on the food there are no restrictions Postpartum so consume food wisely
