A. hi to get recovery faster and to stay fit ,have Healthy and nutritious diet. drink plenty of water. avoid taking stress. take adequate sleep.

A. U Just start doing exercising in dieting after a particular point of time that’s about 8 to 9 months of C section after that once you start following a proper redeem healthy reaching for yourself then it is going to be there that you can lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
