now I m 3 month after c section. shall I use shape wear to make fit. is it advisable

it is not advisable to wear the shapewear daily as it can lead to hernia.
definitely you can use it whenever you are wearing a good dress.
but if required you can use a abdominal belt.
but these things may not be very much useful even if to reduce the abdominal fat
