A. Dear Mom, good amount of exercises, high intake of water, nuts, fruits, vegetables, greens and seeds. 45 mins of brisk walking everyday and also avoid fried foods, bakery items, excessively salted and sugary foods

A. Hello to reduce your weight you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also do walking and exercise which can be helpful too and you can even be doing yoga or zumba which is effective fitness form which helps to reduce your weight
