Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. 6 months after the surgery you had to do exercise this. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help
