how can we take care of our child during this COVID-19 pandemic

A. hi please do the following things: avoid going outside especially with your child. wash hands frequently with water. offer homemade healthy food to your child. give green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits , nuts etc more keep your child well hydrated. avoid giving RO water. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. Maintain good hygiene.
