Jessi KalyanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Dal likes urad, tor, masoor, rice, pulses, dry fruits like almond, cashew nuts, walnuts, all kinds of millets. take any of these ingredients...wash all and dry then for an hour and roast all and make it fine powder and store in airtight container.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. cerleac is easy to make at home and it's fresh, You will need Rice one cup, Moong dal half cup, Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins.
Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds
Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds.
Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder. It's quite healthy and safer than market ones.
