since it’s been 5+ month after your C-section. it is good to avoid running skipping and exercise until the completion of seven months. After 7 months of completion if you do not have any pain in the C section area then you can gradually start with slow walking and yoga to keep yourself fit. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist which is very important as you’re a breastfeeding mom. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself Hydrated. Take adequate rest. Always rest back and feed your baby.
