Q.

Query on behalf of a friend She is having period only of mostly 1 day very light .This has happened post pregnancy. Is it to worry about ?? almost 6month post pregnancy she got 1st period.

A. in case she's a breastfeeding mom then it's Very common to have irregularities in periods but still check her thyroid and prolactin levels empty stomach and start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements

A. Its Nothing more than hormonal imbalance I think because she would have got her periods by law if they were proper period if there is mild spotting a little bit of periods and it is not considered copper period it would be better for her as of now to consult gynaecologist once
