hii Dr its been 7 months to my c sec I have gained more weight science my pregnancy so I want to loose weight can I start exercises now

A. Dear mum, you can start exercises. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Once your body gets used, you can increase the intensity and do strenuous exercises like weight training, abdominal crunches, running.
