you mean to say massage oil ?
if yes then I would suggest to try coconut oil , mostly it can not cause any allergic reaction, infact it can be used to reduce symptoms of reaction.
so you can try Coconut oil but do patch test first and check whether your child skin is comfortable with it or not.
