Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. this must be matter of concern as paracetamol is first medicine prescribed for fever, you must give other antifever medicine like mefenemic acid containing syrup. also consult physically with near by pediatric allergic specialist.

Write Your Answer Here There are a lot of medicines available in the market which are paracetamol Free also but to know more about it you will have to talk to your paediatrician because they have a clear idea about these medicines to the doctor would be able to help you o
