hi,pls tell me ,climbing stairs after one month of c section is it good or bad

If You’re not going to 10 times in a day then that’s fine so just try to do it one time in the day one time going a point I am going down that’s enough if you do it too much of times and it is going to affect your stitches it is better that you don’t over exert yourself
