regarding climbing steps i had c section now I completed 3months 4 days I'm climbing stairs and walking is there chance that inside stitches open please suggest me

If you do not do anything in haste like climbing literally running on downstairs then it is not a problem avoid doing it all the day you can do it 3 to 4 times in the day when needed along with that your work should also be not fast then it is not a problem
