Q.
Hi.. My baby has completed 1 yr.. my wife is still breast feeding. she gained more weight.. now she she has decided to loose her weight.. she was thinking to take Herbal life products. will it affect baby ?? and will it reduce milk production?? is it ok to take that products ? pls reply..

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No it will not affect milk production or baby and take care of two things like first is diet avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweets intake and start some physical exercise in your daily routine like yoga under expert guidance
