A. Hi mom Start with the exercise to reduce your weight. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. You can also do jogging, cycling, walk to reduce weight. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body.
