Hello ma’am Thyroid or no thyroid losing weight is anyway is always difficult so I would advise you to take a proper diet from a dietician and lose on your weight proportionately and go for a proper workout at least start with brisk walk once in the morning and once in the evening and try to eat your last meal by six 630 and after that don’t take any intake of salt and sugar just go for an intermittent fasting you can only have milk one time after that without salt and sugar and water through the night this is going to help you lose down your weight in a better manner with a proper workout
