Take your thyroid medicine on empty stomach in the morning and do not take any thing except water for 30 mins
Have dhaniya water in the morning 30 mins after thyroid medicine
Restrict the intake of cabbage, cauliflower , radish, mustard, peanuts, soya, mushrooms, brocolli in thyroid
Have more of vegetables, fruits, daal, rajma, chana, beans, chola, sprouts, paneer, almonds and walnuts, oats, ragi, egg white in the diet
Reduce intake of bakery products, salted namkeen, achar, papad, fried food, sugar and sweets, packaged food
Workout for 45 mins daily
Water 2l per day
