A. hello dear mom to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 4months

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hydration Go for walking every day Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene stay hydrated Take small quantity of food at short intervals Avoid bakery products like bread and maida Stay hydrated
