hi mam after c section delivery i have gained over weight about 75kg and my height is 4ft 10 inch please suggest me some exercises for belly fat decreasing my belly is looking like on more baby in my tummy please suggest do I join jim or not and for strech Mark also

A. after C section delivery you should start with regular daily walking and then slowly move on for MI body movements and after about 7 to 8 months you can start with proper exercises for weight loss
