hi. iam mother of 5 month old baby. and delivery was c-section. I didn't get my periods yet. is it normal? can I lose my belly fat after c-section?

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care,
