So you have to be Mindful of what you are consuming and avoid too heavy meals and also , avoid refined and processed foods and sugary foods . Also try to involve in some form of physical exercise such as brisk walking or yoga etc depending on your recovery

Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
