hi I m priyanka. I am 26 year old.My baby is 6 month old. I am 5 ft 2 " girl. Before pregnancy my weight is 56. Nodmw my weight is 72. how I reduced my weight.

A. Hello mom too much of diet restrictions cannot be recommended as that will effect your milk flow as well. So you have to be Mindful of what you are consuming and avoid too heavy meals and also , avoid refined and processed foods and sugary foods . Also try to involve in some form of physical exercise such as brisk walking or yoga etc depending on your recovery

A. Dear Priyanka, to reduce your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
