#AskTheExpert hello dr, my height is 5" and my weight is 56 kg in 6 th month of pregnancy is it ok or do i need to gain more ?

A. hi its not about your height and weight now each month mother should gain atleast 1 kg weight babies weight should be around 2.5 to 3 kgs before delivery
