Have small and frequent meals
Include atleast 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-4 of vegetables in daily diet
Always start your meal that is lunch and dinner with a glass of water and salad
Include protein like toned milk, low fat paneer or soya products, dals, beans, sprouts, egg white, lean meat in breakfast lunch and dinner
Reduce intake of extra salt, namkeen, fried food, ghee rich food, processed foods and bakery products
Water 2-3 litre per day
Also include soaked almonds ans walnuts once a day
Have methidana water on empty stomach
Workout - for 45 mins daily

I already talk to my doctor I do blood test which they told me even X-ray , ultrasonography, thyroid, hb, dc, rft, all reports are Normal but think is that they advice me to take calcium n iron tablet n multivitamin but my query is I need some balance diet chart if you could pls share me bcuz I have before bp n cholesterol prblm now is normal but so much weight lose that’s the reson I m worried
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu should have w healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet a d if weight is reducing too much then it can be due to underlying medical issue and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
