Hi I just got recovered from covid-19 two weeks back I'm feeling burning sensation in my feet and hands these days feeling very weak these days I'm a lactating mother also feeling burning sensation in some body parts too stressed out while day with kids and house hold works

A. it is quite natural that after recovering from covid-19 there can be burning sensation in the body please take multivitamins preferably vitamin D zinc and B complex factors also .
