Hi, i had normal delivery. I have already completed 4months and am not breast feeding to my kid.Can I do skipping exercise ?

Yes You’re not breastfeeding the child feel completely then you can go ahead with skipping but still before you take any decision to get a check with your gynaecologist if you gives you a thumbs up then you can definitely start skipping not at all an issue
