hi I am completed of 1 year c section . Now I can started skipping and other strechable exercise?

A. yes, can start.. You can also do Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling, if you had no any complications during c section n pregnancy. take healthy food .

A. skipping and stretching exercises gradually start at the beginning brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise gradually increase the intensity zumba or cardio exercises or skipping
